Merv is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a BBA degree. Merv has been with Automated Building Services since 1972 and has almost 40 years of extensive experience in operations, customer relations, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, quality control, sales and marketing. Merv served as President of SWABSCO and has been a member of BSCAI and BOMA.

Wendell has thirty years experience servicing accounts and managing production personnel and field supervisors. Wendell has been with ABS for 22 years. His main duties include but are not limited to: establishing and maintaining policies and methods set forth in our company policy manual, overseeing all Operation Department personnel, inventory control, building budget control and contract compliance, implementing training for the newest methods, etc.
Debbie has over twenty years of experience in both sales and operations. Before coming to ABS Debbie was a Branch Manager for four years servicing East Texas Medical Center and Argon Medical in northeast Texas. Debbie has represnted Automated Building Services since 2002. Her success is driven by her ability to partner with the customer and bridge lines of communication with our Operations Department personnel. She continues to bring new ideas and methods to enhance our capabilities in delivering “Always Better Service.” Debbie has her LEED Green Associate Certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.
Alex Leon has been an Automated Building Services employee since December 2009 and has been in the janitorial business since 2003. He has been heavily involved in the BSCAI, BOMA, and ISSA. Alex comes from a career in sales with three janitorial companies in the past as well as a general manager for a mid-sized janitorial company. Alex says "I am proud to work for the best janitorial service in Houston."

Meredith recently graduated from The University of Oklahoma in May 2010 with a B.A. in Advertising. During her college career she did a marketing internship in Sydney, Australia where she gained valuable experience in marketing and international affairs. Meredith joined Automated Building Services in January of 2011.
Jorge has been with Automated for the past 10 years. Jorge is responsible for all the area managers that Automated employs, he makes sure all supplies and equipment are available to perform their jobs and manages the floor crews. Jorge is also directly responisble for quality control.
